My classes are aimed at cyclists and runners that just want to get out there and enjoy their hobbies in the outdoors. They start at 1730 on Mondays at Biketrax Edinburgh.
The aim is to never have you crippled by muscle soreness the next day, so you are free to go out and smash a ride through the Pentlands, or a 5k along Crammond Beach. Whilst also being stimulating enough to help you to reduce your chance of injury, and also to make you faster, more powerful, and more agile.
